Dr. Touchette was a pediatrician in Springfield, OH 27 years ago and I know this because he was our sons pediatrician. He saved our first son's life! Our son was born with holes in his lungs and Dr. Touchette worked overtime for three long days on our son. He kept us posted with all developments and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had a heart of gold. He truly treated our son, Matt, like he was his own child and his only patient...when we knew at the time, he had a very busy practice with many other children to treat. The boy he saved is now 27 years old, an Intervention Specialist, an amazing person making a huge difference in the world. We were blessed to have Dr. Touchette take care of both of our boys. Both of our boys loved Dr. Touchette and were always happy to see him on check-up visits. Sadly, Dr. Touchette left Springfield to be in Virginia many years ago. We miss him dearly, but we know that he is providing his professional services to many blessed children in Virginia. Anyone fortunate enough to have Dr. Touchette as their pediatrician, is truly blessed. I know Dr. Touchette probably doesn't remember our boys, but we will never forget Dr. Touchette.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There is definitely lots of room for improvement. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have great staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Bonniealways gives a coupon or sample for prescriptions. They were late a few times to my appointments. Great office and staff.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I am a younger mother and he makes me feel very comfortable and answers all of my questions no matter how silly! He is great! The one downside is that it takes a little while to get to see the doctor, but he makes up for it by not making you feel like you are being rushed out. He really is a great man and a great doctor!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

We have been taking our children to Dr. Touchette for 5 years now. He is by far the best doctor in the area. We moved from Woodbridge to Gainesville last year and still take our children there. Appointments can run behind schedule sometimes, but his knowledge, caring attitude, and passion to provide the best care possible far outweighs this.

They are WAY overbooked and running terribly behind. I had to wait 2 hours and 20 mins one day, with no explanation from the nurses, front desk or Ms. Bonnie. If the front desk would let patients know the docs are running behind, it would help a little. The nurses seem to be in the dark also. The waiting room is dirty, stained, and just plain gross, as are the patient rooms. While the actual attention is good, the overall experiences are AGGRAVATING. I can't be 2 hours late for my job without an explanation, and the doctors need to realize we are consumers and patients.
