HORRIBLE! This man doesn't listen and spaces out when you talk to him and then hands you the most out dated medications. When you try to talk to him about it he just writes you another script for other out dated medications over and over. I've read he's had past sexual harrassment issued against his license and he's not supposed to be seeing female clients without a third party being present. I would NOT recommend this guy to ANYONE!

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never had to worry about them canceling my appointment. They've always been very reliable. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The office is located in the Medical Center and has adequate security.

Dr. Potterf was and excellent Dr. I had seen several psychiatrists (5) before I found him. I was in terrible shape & chronic pain from extreme scoliossis & several joint replacements. I could barely walk. He always listened to me and took extra time, was empathetic, compassionate & aabsolutely awesome. I was heartbroken to see him retire. I fear he is going to be a hard Dr. & friend to replace. I always enjoyed my appts with him. He had a wonderful caring staff. During our sessions, he made me feel like I was his only patient. Never felt rushed. For someone to says anything bad about him turns my stomach. I am a better person today because of him.

When I first went here I was lost and I was tired of no one listening to me. I was going through the worst time of my life. When I went in I was told there was a waiting list, I then began to explain my situation. I don't know why but they put me in to see the doctor as soon as possible. The staff is always nice and very friendly and if you get to know them they are wonderful people with a load of people to help. Today I am proud to say that I don't need to depend on alcohol to be happy for a short time. It is this doctor that took the time to listen to me when no one else would. I knew something was wrong with me and he is the one that helped me and for that I will always be thankful !

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning
