If I was to rate Dr. Hageman only I'd say he is a nice, fair doctor. I like him BUT his administrative staff is so rude, inefficient, and completely unhelpful. You can never get a hold of the doctor, his office personnel answers all the time and they don't give him your messages, when you are on the phone with his main assistant she is always rude and clearly doesn't care... and if you want a prescription refill FORGET IT either you go pick it up when this person at the front desk tells you to or you go without. I can't believe Dr. Hageman continues to allow his patients to be treated this way. That's why I can't give him a good review despite him been nice he doesn't seem to care for what happens when he closes his door, right in his office. Main reason I'm switching doctors: been mistreated by his administrative personnel.

Awesome psychiatrist. Really understood my seriously mentally ill and traumatized foster/ adopted children.

Dr. Hageman seems very knowledgeable and I'm trusting him with my child's care. However, I do not understand why his office assistant is so rude. It is very uncalled for. Having a child with mental health issues is very stressful in itself without being talked rudely too when I need to leave a message for Dr. Hageman. But leaving a message on the machine is worse as you don't get a call back.

In general ,,,, Your survey is very poor. You make things like a comfortable waiting room about equal to the doctor`s treatment/therapy. The doc and how they work for the patient is 90 percent why you are there. Relatively, who cares about creature comforts. Those things are part of overall factors, but much less important than the doctor and their treatments. So, when I see `comments, they almost all look the same by having the answers to your low.importance questions about conditions instead of concentrating on the doc and his treatment, relationship with the patient, if they just write a script and then shop you off instead of listening to the patient end really counsel the patient with what emphasis on meds, which I think should be the last thing to be concerned with. Ask yourself, when was the last time an ms actually touched you when you were there for other than mental issues? Not very often, huh? I`ve almost forced a dic to feel a knotted muscle, inflamed area, etc. Sheesh, how can they make a proper diagnosis without touching you?

Rush you in, rush you out. Medication management. Not doing well on his prescription plan, you need to admit your kid to the psych hospital immediately (so someone else can manage his medication/behavioural issue). On intake child was on a large cocktail of medications. Any attempt to discuss a reduction was met with "we should leave it for now". "My next patient is waiting". Felt like this guy was burned out and just wanted to write prescriptions all day. Ended up driving 1.5 hours for each appointment to see another doctor (versus 10 minutes to see this guy).
