Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. It always frustrates me when I have to spend a bunch of time driving around trying to find a parking spot, but I didn't have to do that here. I found one right away, and it was right next to the entrance.

No, they made sure all negative behaviors were discouraged

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Dr. Hageman is very professional, and seems to be very current in his field. I really appreciated his willingness to explain medication details -- about efficacy studies etc.
However, my adolescent son, who was naturally cynical and resistant to treatment, was very put off by Dr. Hageman's almost sing-songy patronizing manner, which made it difficult for me to get my son there, or instill much trust about treatment options. I suspect Dr. Hageman might do much better with children and adults.
