Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They are always attentive and accomodating. I am always treated with a sense of urgency. All of my symtoms are addressed when i present to their office. My questions are consistently answered and the Dr. goes above and beyond to inform and educate me. I feel confident knowing that I can depend on them to always meet my needs. The waiting room and seatting arrangement is comfortable. The waiting time and patient processing is always reasonable. The staff is always sensitive, caring and service oriented in their communication approaches.

The doctor was fine. the wait was horrible. But worst of all the STAFF sucks. getting anything done like prescriptions was a joke it didn't happen. Do not waist your time here!
