They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
