They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The staff is very rude and the admin who is chines is as well. they have no ethics and need to re trained on customer service.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
