No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

My main concern is that it seems that appointments don't really matter, unless you get there first. they handle a lot of walk in patients. the two times that i have been to this clinic, i scheduled an appointment and both times, my appointment was delayed at least an hour, with no explanation or anything. that tells me that this is common practice because if the provider was running behind, i'm sure that the staff, that sits behind the counter and does nothing, would have called my name and simply explained that the provider was running a little behind. changing this as my PCM.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

the only thing i dont like is the staff. ive gone there for years and years and they always seem to be very rude and dont pay attention to their clients.
