I have been a customer for over 20 years and it appears that when you have an issue, the office manager Cathy, just continues to ignore your messages and refuses to help you resolve a billing issue. They incorrectly billed and now refuse to acknowledge the error. I was to have an annual review, instead they claim to have changed my script and doctor's request and decided that they would charge me for a diagnostic test based on the policy they have to do so without my approval. It is too bad that they would lose a long time loyal client over 400.00.

After being a patient for many years, Dr. Grappell refused to see me and explain why he brought me back twice in six months after a yearly mammogram. That's three times in six months! When finally we spoke, he was inconsiderate and uncaring. Staff was wonderful, but in the end, does that really matter? Was told that the practice was bought by a "large" corporation and things were "different". Doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy! Moving on to someone who will take a FEW minutes to talk to me--that's all I asked for. After all ladies, this is an important topic for all of us. Demand to be informed -- it's your right.
