Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They almost never cancel my appointments. On the rare occasion that they have to, they always tell me way ahead of time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
