Dr. Richter is an excellent family practice physician. He cares deeply about his patients and their well-being. Over the past 5 yrs he helped me quit smoking and other bad habits. His staff is lovely as is his dog Bartie.

dr. richter's office is easy to get to - the office staff is very friendly. i think dr. richter is a very dedicated, compassionate and gifted doctor. he cares a great deal about his patients - he is completely focused on each patient as he's speaking with them.

Dr. Richter has been my family doctor since 1997. Recently, I had a false negative neurological test performed at his office. When I spoke to Dr. Richter and said I refused to pay for a test that had not been performed thoroughly, he attempted to intimidate me in a very rude and offensive manner, threatening to take me to collections. Needless to say, my family will not be going here again.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
