I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were late a few times to my appointments. But they do spend a lot of time with the patient once in so I did not mind. They were always very considerate and professional. Doctor Richter is a real good, honest doctor and he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
