I have been seeing Dr. Reddy for 5 years, and he is one of the best Doctors that I have ever had, he's patient, kind, considerate,and very concerned about my health and well being! Have never had a problem with his office personnel, she is always kind and considerate to me on every visit and remembers me by name! I thank him for all the help that he has been to me and my mental condition as well as my overall wellness!

There are a few posts about the woman/office manager .. He's mediocre but she is the meanest most arrogant, combative, mocking, incompetent to extraordinary levels, awful human ever. And she doesn't care.
That's not normal.
I simply would rather have each fingernail ripped out than deal with her again.
She is rabid, arrogant, unprofessional and that a doctor employs her rather than gets her help is major flag.
In my view, she has serious issues, but good luck addressing them.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

After my previous doctor had to retire last minute to health issues,this office was able to fit me in right away. I do have to say I had call them before when I was looking for a doctor and I was never able to get a hold of them. But I thought I'd try one more time and I actually got through someone. I explained my situation and there were already aware of what was happening with the other doctor. They were actually extending their hours in order to be able to fit all the new patients. I honestly think they are the only ones taking new patients in town. University requires you to be referred within they system and there aren't many private doctors in the specialty. I did have to be rescheduled on my first appointment but they were able to fit me in quickly. Last minute I ended up not being able to make it at the arranged time and they worked with me at that very moment which I was available. I got there within 10 minutes and got everything going. I didn't have to wait long and meeting Dr. Agara was a pleasant experience. He was polite and professional. I have my second appointment coming up in January. Let's hope is as good. Also, they do not only email you for reminder appts. but also email you for statement so you can pay online. I like that personally.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. There is a wide range of reading material in the waiting room. Water is available in the waiting room. Staff members are pleasant. Reminders of appointments are sent via email.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. His office manager is the rudess person you will ever meet....why in the hell he keeps her...non of know and Yes, he does know about her behavior. I am looking for a different Dr. She even gave out some of my medical information. She is terriable.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Dr. Reddy is a good doctor when you're in his office. If you need to reach him outside of your normal appointiment time, however, it's impossible. I had him paged twice in two days due to an emergency, and never got my call returned. His automated phone system also doesn't allow you to speak with a live person. The best you can do is leave a message and hope for them to call you back, which is difficult to say the least.

I waited over an hour and half and still did not get in to see Dr. Reddy. After waiting this long and seeing other patients being seen by the Dr. (who arrived after me, when I was on time for my appointment) I left. I won't be going back since the office can't seem to schedule very well.
