Dr. Reddy himself is very caring and a good doctor, but his office staff is absolutely horrible. They are 2 women, one is an RN and she is the worst. Rude and they show that they could care less. I will be much happier when I don't have to deal with them again.

Dr. Reddi listen well and asked appropriate questions. I appreciate his low key approach to tweaking my meds rather than drastic changes. He is professional. He does seem very busy and I will have to wait a couple months for my follow up, but that is ok because my depression has gone away thanks to him.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

A kind gentle physician, who makes one feel comfortable. Listens well, responds with his suggestions. Always a friendly atmosphere, exceptionally sweet receptionist. Very professional, helpful and pleasant. Appts are short, and to the point. Perhaps some patients have longer appts, according to their needs. Usually on time, but occasionally runs late. I feel that perhaps he runs late because he has taken time for someone in crisis. I am happy to wait, knowing that if I have a special need, he will take the time to resolve my issue if needed. Dr Reddy has been a blessing to me.
