I have been with this office for more than 30 years and I have never had a bad experience with the staff. Additionally, they are great dentists as well.

HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER... Sue is very rude and belittling. She charged my account double what I owed and took moths to fix it!!! Every time I went in there she was rude. Most of the office staff is okay except her a two others. Dr. Dollar only cares about money, he doesn't care about the patients. He doesn't do a lot of procedures most dentists do so you have to have a sitting fee with him then he referes you out to someone who can actually do the work. I wouldn't recommend anyone go around SUSAN!!! They need to fire her before she belittles anyone else. She needs to take a quick look in the mirror before she opens her mouth...

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are also great with children and very attentive to the individual patients needs.

Dr. Dollar is a pretty good dentist, but he places more importance on managing his business to maximize profit than he does about providing dental care for his patients. After over ten years of patronage by my family, and during a time of extreme need of dental care, Dr. Dollar refused to provide care because I was previously twelve minutes late for an appointment. I was told that this resulted in delays for other patients, but on that day there were no other patients waiting. This lack of concern for my immediate dental problems, ostensibly due to twelve minutes' delay and alleged inconvenience to non-existent patients, is a betrayal of my trust, and a failure to deliver care.
