I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.

Dr. Dollar, as well as Dr. Ellis and Dr. Connally are excellent dentists who are very careful to minimize discomfort, efficient and pleasant. These doctors have a great deal of experience, and it shows in the speed and efficiency of their work.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
