Excellent. Facility good. Doctor and nurse excellent. Skill and manner superb. Results perfect. I had tooth extraction. Quick, no pain, no bleeding , no swelling. Recovery uneventful. Couldn't be better. Will recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had the pleasure of having a tooth pulled at the Eastgate Harbor Light office.. and I do mean pleasure.. The staff was more than helpful, I've never had a tooth removed before, and I am 60 years old. The dental assistant, Tracey, was more than comforting and talked me thru the whole procedure . Dr Sydlowski did the extraction which took about 60 seconds after being numbed and I had no pain or discomfort during or after the procedure . They are a first class organization.. Will never go back!!! Waited 40 min in the waiting room then finally taken back to the exam room waited another 50 min in the room & NO ONE came in. After 90 min of waiting we left. As we were leaving the Dr was approaching. I told him we were leaving after 90 min of nothing. His response " oh ok, sorry about your wait" he did not try to fix the situation at all! Now I'm no fool I understand things happen that can make the Dr run behind however someone in that office could have communicated with us the reason for the extended wait!! With them not trying to fix the situation it tells me that is normal for there office. If u want to wait for hours this place would be ok for you!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of ctention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Also don't like that I have to call to make an appointment with the doctor through his nurse. SHE DOESN'T CALL BACK!!!!!Have to call for results for tests or follow ups too very annoying!
