Their waiting room chairs were not very comfortable to sit in while waiting to see the doctor. I got an appointment quickly. I waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes before they took me back to a room and another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. They apparently have poor communication with my dentist office as it took another 15 minutes to get my x-rays sent over. Thought that would have been done in the three weeks between making the appointment and getting in. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

thank you ! everyone at the office on Nantucket Dr. did a great job.all of my questions were taken care of.Dr.Holdship and his nurse (?) explained everything step by step.The care that they showed was appreciated.I have worked in the health care field (hospital) for 31 years and have seen many Dr. offices over that time ,but this one has to rate at the top.Clean,helpful and just a nice group of people.Thank you for all that you did for me.

I'm not happy. My appointment was made for the wrong location so I couldn't see the doctor that I had been seeing. Dr Sydlowski was kind enough to see me any way. Dr Holdship was to call my dentist so that I could get my work done on my new crown and he hasn't done so. The follow through is not professional.
