I went to Dr. Edward Reich to repair the mess that Middletown Dental Group charged me $2600 for.
Dr. Reich @ 210 E. Main St. Middletown, NY did not charge me for his service. I wish I had gone to him originally.

zero stars! I took my 5 year old daughter there for her first visit, the front desk staff were nice and so was the assistant but the dentist Dr. Rosen was the doctor from HELL. Never have I ever felt more humiliated and embarrassed in my life! He was rude and so not friendly, he didn't even introduce himself to us when he came in the room after keeping us waiting for 35 minutes! I found out his disgusting name as I was checking out, which I couldn't do fast enough! He insisted my child was 4 three times even though I continued to correct him of her age, finally he turned and said well whatever age. He then said my daughters teeth looked great then suddenly claimed there were 4 huge holes in her mouth that needed to be filled and made me feel like I was a piece of crap for it. When I asked if he could fix them he said oh no I'm not going to touch here, she jumps too much and I don't have the time for that. She needs to go somewhere else that specializes in little kids. My question is when I called to schedule the appointment why would they a) schedule my daughter knowing that she was so little, why not refer me someplace else or b) give me a doctor within their practice who in fact does have patience and is willing to work on my child. I was so taken back I just stood quiet and asked to start leaving, even the assistant snuck over to me and said if I want to come back I should try dr shapiro, whom I assume is the owner or main doctor. Well no, not in a million years would I ever or my family of 4 nor anyone else I know refer there.

If I could leave a 0 star rating for this dental office I would! My fiance had a filling 10 days ago and it has fallen out already! The receptionists are impossible to deal with. I use a specific prescribed toothpaste. I called to ask for a refill on this prescription today and the receptionist told me that the dentists were too busy to call in a simple prescription for me. What kind of receptionist argues a refill request? All she had to do was take down my information and give it to the dentist to fill when he got a chance, like every other dentist/doctor office does! Also, when I received a phone call to confirm my appointment for a root canal I expressed my concern to the receptionist about my fiance's root canal falling out after only 10 days. I was even more hesitant on getting my root canal after this. The receptionists response to my concern was "You can change your dentist if want." Not only is the work of the dentist and epic fail, but the receptionists are rude, argumentative, and don't care about your well-being.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I have sensitive teeth and the tried to de scale with a dremel drill rather than a pick. The hygenist was annoyed that she had to keep stopping. I was told I would have to come back to finish the cleaning b/c they would have to numb my mouth. I dont know why they couldnt numb me rigth then.
At my next appt it was apparent I was agitated I had been trying to keep my anxiety under control , when the dentist walked in and asked what was the matter I told him I dont like dentists and he rudely said then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had told him on my very first visit that I was a big baby and didnt have pleasant dental experiences in the past and have anxiety today as a result.
I cant believe how rude this guy was... This is NOT how you deal with patients!

Yes, they gave me one when I asked

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
