Dr. Shapiro could not get the bite right on the caps he put in my mouth. I went back several times to get can put back on, ground down and so forth. After years of dealing with the pain I switched dentist and the problem was resolved immediately. The office manager or Dr. Shapiro did not seem to care about what happened and I will never
return to there office. I would give them no stars if possible.

The dentists could be good for all i know, but their office staff are horrible. Ive never been screamed at on the phone before by an employee at any doctors/dentist office. She was rude and nasty and they lost a patient because of her alone.
