Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Have been taking my 3 kids there for a year... thankfully all my children have healthy teeth and gums however, when I requested that they fill out a form for my daughter to go to school they blasted her on it saying she has open cavities, has fillings and needs to see the doctor asap. My 3 year old has never had a cavit

The staff was friendly however the dentist made me feel like I couldn't ask any questions and when I did he made me feel like I had no right to ask them. He did not listen to my concerns. And God forbid if I questioned him regarding the procedure and end result. He literally got very upset with me and belittled me. I did not like the end result and when I informed him that it looked terrible and unnatural he started yelling at me like how dare I say his work didn't look good. He couldn't care less of how I felt about my teeth in the end. I am scared to say anything to him. If I had known ahead of time I would not have gone there. If you agree with him totally, he is OK, but if you don't, watch out.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I would not go here again, i needed some fillings i thought it was only a few that she told me well after my appt it was more than a few! the fillings are not very even, and in a few spots it is difficult to even floss! transferred to a new dentist very unhappy with Jefferson dental. do yourself a flavor and do not go here.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was unprofessionally disrespectful, slothenly and of course defensively unhelpful and reticent about certain paperwork procedures--typically indicative of white color criminal financial practices. Did not get up out of their chairs unless they absolutely had to {most of them were rather portly--too well fed for too little actual work, perhaps?} never mind welcoming, which apparently is a foreign concept at Jefferson Dental of Cicero--despite their very slick on-line advertising. They not only didn't help me as much as any patient should reasonably expect based on observances of industry standard patient rights. Some of the most important decision-making information was not disclosed until very last minute in the dentist's chair where I was THEN expected to make some major health care choice on the spot by Dr. Aujla. Didn't answer all my questions either, rather 'danced' around at least 2 of them pertinent to insurance coverage--again, typical of the con-artistry of ongoing, long practiced advantage-taking of patients as sheep to be fleeced. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better in an emergency, I'd return again for ONLY BASIC SERVICES, but I'm ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN I can find HONEST practices elsewhere.
This practice should be seriously investigated by state financial+/certification board examiners.
