This is the worst place I have ever taken my daughter to in my life. Her care was awful and she had to be seen in an emergency room 3 times before the dentist even saw her again. The doctors at the emergency room wondered why they had to keep giving her medicine because her mouth was awful. We explained that the dentist was doing nothing. When she was finally able to be seen he saw her for all of five minutes and recommended for her to go somewhere else, which we did..thank God. The dentist there had to pull teeth they were so bad and said himself he couldn't believe she was given nothing for pain and how bad her mouth looked. This was all over a couple of months process. If that wasn't bad enough, they said she had no insurance (which she did) and I had to pay for her visit. Her insurance indeed covered her surgery, but Jefferson said she didn't have it until they finally figured out she did. I wanted my money reinbursed, but they gave me a runaround and the secretary and billing woman were horrible and rude. I kept calling and calling as my daughter did also and to this day we still have not recieved our money as they said first they mailed it. (what a surprise, we never got it), then they said they contacted the corporate office, then we still didn't get it. This has been going on since summer and STILL have not recieved it. They would not even let us contact the office ourselves.
All in all, they ripped us off and their care was horrible. My dogs have beter care at the vet, and I am sickened by the people they choose to work for them. Don't let their fake smiles fool you...these people should not be in practice, recieving any money, or be allowed to work on anyone, let alone their children. God help the next victim who goes here I don't know which was worse..the lack of care or the secretary and billing woman, since the secretary was the one who was supposed to schedule my daughter for treatment.
