Dr. Vies is a fine dentist. However, their biilling practices are intolerable. On several occasions they hav improperly billed the insurance. Calls to their office were not productive. Calls made to their manager were "never returned". There is no way to contact their billing company. I am presently experiencing a bill that was paid and deducted from my checking account on Sep. 20. It is evident they received payment but lack the initiative to figure out "where they applied the payment". It has happened several times in the past so I am today initiating a formal complaint.

Dr. Barger and his hygienist Brandi are great! A+ service and gentle care.

This dentist has recommended that I have additional services that I do not need. Be very careful with their recommendations or you may end up paying more and getting surgeries that are not necessary.
