I have very hard time with their billing system. First after years later when my kids changed insurance, they filed to the old insurance. Then as you can image, months later, I received past due balance. After I correct insurance info with them, another a few months past. However, I still received past due balance. They are blaming me and my insurance for their mistake.

My questions ignored by the dentist and my cleaning was rushed, and I have since changed dentists. However, one other complaint is the billing. I have 100% coverage insurance, but this dentist charges above the "reasonable" amount covered by my insurance. So, instead of being covered 100% by my insurance, I'm having to come out of pocket for the difference. At the new dentist I have started going to, this is not an issue - they are in the "reasonable" range and I have not had to pay anything out of pocket.
