Left loved one without even so much as a referal at a time when he was in serious need of help. Staff doesn't understand HIPPA and uses it as an excuse when the law doesn't apply. All I know is, my loved one went with hope and left without it.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Not one bit

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
