Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
