They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I was so sick and/or in pain it was hard to rememeber all of the questions I wanted anaswered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Matthews called me to see how I was doing the night I first visited him. I thought that was a great touch and that is why I continue to go to him. He deserves a better staff. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. Dr. Matthews was much better than the other doctor in his office that I had to see when he was out (Dr. Nygren [sic])

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The office was easy enough to find. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
