I am a patient who came for annual check-ups for many years - the "service" deteriorated in that the last two annual visits and all the tests were never gone over with me - only the bills came. The last annual check-up I sat in a waiting room for 4 HOURS, someone came to check on me every 20 minutes or so for the 1st 2 hours and then I began sticking my head out the door and just waited - having ruined the whole day anyway at that point. Dr. Hevert finally appeared. THEN I did not go back for an annual checkup dreading the ordeal. When I tried to refill a migraine prescription, they would not refill it for that reason AND the 1st time I can see Dr. Hevert is "months in the future" I was told. I have never complained to anyone or anything. (like 3rd world medical care, huh?)

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I love Dr. Hevert and was his patient for years. And I loved his assistant May.
However, this is a very busy practice and I am told by staff, that Dr. Hevert is a consierge doctor now. Two years ago I was transferred to a new to staff, Dr. Montelvan. I found him and his assistant rude and unprofessional.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Dr. Hevert is the finest MD that I have ever known and I have been seeing him for more than 25 years and consider him my friend. His care and that of his staff is
the best and his compentency in medicine is unparalled. A Five Star Rating
is too low - he is all of a TEN
