I have given this woman numerous opportunities to redeem herself as a professional physician with more than 6 visits in 2 years and I give up. She orders tests but never follows through. She seems constantly in panic mode and doesn't familiarize herself with your chart before she enters the room so you are charged for a level 3 or 4 visit because you have to remind her of your problem and offer suggestions on how she might approach it now. Always be prepared to wait a minimum of an hour (I have waited 2-3 normally). The exam rooms are too warm for a medical facility, you can feel the bacteria flourishing. Completely dismissive, won't take the time to order previous medical records to coordinate with your other care givers. She wouldn't even be a competent vet.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Dr. Janice Buckley is a HORRIBLE doctor. She does not care at all about her patients and does not listen. She wanted to quickly write a script and get out. Horrible bedside manner and not very knowledgeable! Worst experience I've had at a doctors office, I actually left in tears.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr Jan has been my doctor for 20 years thru thick and thin and has always been there for me for all of my conditions, even checking me at home. Not many doctors do that anymore,

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
