They ignored my needs and I was required to wait for the doctor for more than 1 hour, after which time she refused to even speak with me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. This Doctor is only good at referring patients to specialists. She refuses to fill out necessary forms or make important evaluations, shirking responsibility any chance she gets. Look elsewhere for your medical needs.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
