They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
