I give her no stars at all. This doctor is very unprofessional and does not do her job. She is horrible and if you want to leave, DO NOT GO TO HER. Her licence needs to be taken away from her.

This doctor misdiagnosed me for a very serious condition that could have killed me over time. Her error was caught by another doctor. It was not a rare condition, it is a quite common one, but I don't think Dr. Galfayan ever bothered to look at my lab results. When I confronted her about this serious error she made excuses. I would never recommend her to anyone and I am quite surprised to see she is still practicing. Based on how she neglected me I think you are taking your life in your own hands when you visit her.

The Front desk medical assistants (if we can call them by this name!! Front Desk Medical assistants!!! ) are horrible people in that office. They do not know how to speak to patient. They are all rude and impolite people. No respect. They never talk in a nice way to people who they do not know or to whom that they are not from their country .If you are not their friend and you have appointment, be aware that you have to wait hours and hours till they/ Medical assistants saw you and let you go inside to sit in the rooms for hours again. It seemed they should learn to have more respect toward people/patient. These Front Desk people even do not understand who is on emergency situation. If your name is not familiar for them, you will get your Doctor appointment for next month if you are lucky. Make sure find a relationship or be a family member’s friend such as cousins’ uncles’ friend, so you could get your Doc. appointment as earliest as possible because it is on the hands of those two nice and honest and respectful girls who are working in the front desk. Remember ,If you call to get appointment you should have to have patient to wait hours on the phone because they are all getting cooking lessons at the same time at office while looking on the schedule booklet , and do not expect to have the appointment right away.
This is what happened for me not one time but every singel time that I visit this doctor office and i became frustrated every time that I get out of that office . It is better to have a change .
