Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. . They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.
staff are not conscious with patient's needs esp. if patient had issue on billings. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
The office is too busy. I feel that the patients are not given sufficient time to do the normal procedures.
