Dr Russo was referred to me many years ago. He first repaired a knee that another Ortho Surgeon was unable to do correctly. 15 years later that knee replacement is still functioning perfectly. He has since repaired both shoulders. One has retorn from my own mis-use & will eventually require replacement. In my opinion Vincent Russo is not only a first rate ortho surgeon but, more importantly, a first rate human being! OrthoAZ also has an excellent staff, their x-ray Tech has been there many years & very professional & Rosalie in the front office is extremly efficient/professional.

From my perspective the best Orthopaedic Surgeon in Arizona. His analysis of the problem was thorough, his recomendations were solid with considerations for the patient, his bedside manner was excellent, his post surgery care intensive and his consideration for the patient comprehensive. My new right knee is "way better" than the past with my quality of life restored. He has rejuvinated hope for golf and life in general. I can now keep up with my 4 year old grand niece. Thanks Vincent!

I initially seen Dr. Russo just as a second opinion, but after listening to him explain the procedure, and reading his reviews, my wife and I both were quite impressed and I decided to allow Dr. Russo to do my surgery.
I had total replacement surgery done the first week of Feb. and haven't looked back, everything is going well.
Dr. Russo is a top notch surgeon, and along with proper therapy, my healing time will kept to a minimum !!!

If you want to have a first class surgical performed by Dr. Russo you should know that he is THE BEST. I had heard all of the horror stories about how much pain I would have to endure as I had therapy and recovered. However, my fears were totally unfounded because of the skill and experience of Dr. Russo.
I experienced very little pain or discomfort. Nothing that a few Tylenol couldn't handle.
While in therapy I saw several other knee replacement patients and their scars looked like someone had operated with a lawn mower. They were swollen and discolored and they complained of a lot of pain.
I have completed therapy and I'm doing great.

I had total hip replacement one month ago by Dr. Vincent Russo's son Dr. Matthew Russo. Practically since the day surgery was done I have been pain free and walk like a normal person again. Both doctors are a wonderful surgeon with a great bedside manner. The staff is wonderful and helpful also. Thank you Dr. Vincent and Dr. Matthew Russo for helping to give me back my normal life. All the people who know me could not believe how quick I recovered. I also like the Pulse application on the phone for therapy

I shall be eternally grateful to Dr. Russo. He chose to take an 87 year - old woman with a heart problem, constant a-fib, and give her (me) the gift of a replaced knee. The new knee allows me to stand straight and to walk in comfort. I walked well within 10 days. Dr. Russo's support staff was superb as was the after care.

I'm a "young" 54 year old woman & I've been putting off total knee replacement for 10 long years! WHY? you may ask... I was worried about finding a doctor, that I felt completely confident in.
At the first meeting, Dr. Russo and his staff were GREAT! I knew Dr. Russo was the DOC, so much so, that I set up my right knee surgery that day. It has been 2 months since and I feel great! I've been walking on my own since day two! It's a rough surgery, with lots of physical therapy, but Dr. Russo and his staff are there when you need them.
I have already set up surgery for my other knee for November!
I'm looking forward to having two great working knees!!!!

Dr. Russo is the best! Our family only trusts Dr. Russo for these procedures. Six weeks from surgery, and I feel like I can keep up with my family and our adventures.
