It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I didn't have to wait about 10 minutesafter I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
