It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
