Today 1/02/2024 I was sent to this practice by a local hospital for a tooth extraction. I called to get information and then make an appointment but was I taken back by the poor customer service I received as a possible NEW patient! First call: please hold click waited ten minutes hung up called back and a female answered and I told her you had me on hold for ten minutes and her come back was well you do not need to make an appointment with us if you do not like it go some where else!!!! Called back five more times and was hung up on each time!! Wow what a business and such fantastic customer service skills, wonder if they are going to go bankrupt for there. POOR service and yes Ladie I did go somewhere else and got a great experience!

The woman answering the phone is absolutely awful to speak with. Her attitude resembles a 16 year old girl who is bothered by everyone except she is in her 40s. I don't know her name because she never stated it upon answering the call. (which anyone answering a business call is suppose to state their name) God bless her ,I hope she gets the mental help she needs and customer service training.

Unprofessional and rude staff. The offices seemed less than clean. Bizarre paperwork in which they insisted I signed to release them for liability for an emergency procedure during the pandemic. I was not there for an emergency procedure. All interactions with staff increased my feeling that this was not the right health care provider. Doctor has terrible bedside manner. Do not recommend.

I RECENTLY CALLED THE OFFICE TO GET SOME INFORMAATION BEFORE DECIDING ON A ORAL SURGEON. BY THE END OF THE CONVERSATION, i HAD MADE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT THANKS TO THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I SPOKE TO. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND WAS VERY KIND. THANK YOU TO THE DENTIST FOR HAVING SUCH A GREAT UP FRONT PERSON. AM ACTUALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO MY CONSULT WITH HIM AND NO LONGER NERVOUS! THANKYOU

I had one wisdom tooth removed at the age of 26. Dr. Pasqual explained everything in great detail due to the fact that I was a little nervous. I decided to be put to sleep since the tooth was impacted. I was in and out of the office in about an hour. I had a great experience and very little pain. I couldn't thank him enough for taking care of me. I have recommended Dr. Pasqual to many friends and family. If I ever were to have another tooth extracted I am coming to him.

The office staff and doctors are amazing! I had several teeth extracted at once and from the receptionist all the way up to the doctors, they took their time to talk to me, make me comfortable with the procedure that they were about to do, and took excellent care of my needs. WONDERFUL!
