I went to the office for one tooth extraction and my experience was miserable. The staff was rude and short with me. The first nurses walked into my room and didn't even look at me as she rattled off questions then immediately left without introducing herself. During the extraction, the doctor and two other nurses held my head. The one nurse came in form the hall and held my head down without me ever seeing her. The doctor couldn't get my tooth out and just kept saying, "I can't get it out." he said that for times before reporting that he got alf out, then the whole thing. I was never spoken to by the teo nurses... Never told I was doing okay or it was almost over or any words of encouragement. Following the extraction, the gave me a piece of paper and rattled off a couple things and sent me on my way confused. I called after 5 days of horrible pain and they said it was normal. I asked for an appontment and the nurse redponded, "will that make you frel better?" she was rude and contest ding. I was in severe pain for 11 days after. I called my dentist and he said I should have been free of the pain within 3. I will NEVER return to this place that made me feel like I was the victim in a horror movie. I will tell everyone I know about my miserable experience and never recommend them.

Worst dental experience EVER. I was there for 4 wisdom tooth extractions. The topical novicane wasn't even given time to work when he stuck me with the needle. I actually cried from the pain of that and was handed a tissue and left alone for 5 minutes. When he returned I told him what was numb he said good and proceeded to begin pulling. I could still feel a bit of pain so I made some noises. I had earplugs in, he tapped me on the shoulder, ripped out my earplugs and told me to be quiet. He also said, and I quote, "This is why I tell people to be put under for this. It hurts. It isn't my fault you couldn't afford full anesthesia." I basically sat through 3 teeth being pulled and 1 surgically removed(a saw was used) in tears due to small amounts of pain. No real post operative info was given other than a small sheet of paper. I wasn't told what types of food to eat, what to drink, etc... They literally handed me my prescriptions, the small sheet of after care stuff and said "Your done. You can go." I was appalled at the rudeness and uncaring attitude of this office, and REFUSE to EVER step through those doors again.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
