They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Huss, himself is a great doctor, although his two staff members were really rude and ignorant. They gave me attitudes and made me feel really uncomfortable there. I would not go to him again!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The office help, was no help at all. They where rude and the worst medical staff I have ever encountered, they made to cancel all future appointments and never step foot in the Doctors office again, sadly Lompoc is just a small town, not too many Doctors around here!
