I was recommended to use this physician by a friend, so ventured forth. The doc is great, however, his support staff are the worst I have ever had to work with in the medical industry; mind you I was in the military for 8 years.

In addition, getting onformation transferred to another office was very trying; even the medical staff at my new office noted that "Tammy" was rude to them as well.

While Dr. Huss is great; his support staff is very pushy, rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I would not recommend this office to anyone in the Lompoc area. Unfortunately, these are the very face of the organization, which is like placing one drop of dye into a glass of water. The whole office atmosphere is polluted by the actions of few.

I will end by requesting prayer for the office support. Thank you.

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. He made me feel very uncomfortable and violated. And the nurses were very rude,they always had an attitude when i called and the whole time when i was in the office. One nurse even argued with the doctor in front of me. They were really unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would have to recommend that no one goes to him.

I have found this guy to be a good baby doc,he is the doctor for my son vincent and I,the care has been great and the staff real <url removed> always answers my calls and responds right back.
