I have been a patient of Dr. Block for well over a decade and he is the best! He listens to you, treats you as if you were his only patient, is dedicated to your health and well being. He will look into alternative solutions to your medical issue and is never in a rush to push for surgery, In my case another doctor immediately put surgery as a first option. Dr. Block actually discussses options with you. Which is one of the reasons why I rate him so high. And he has an excellent staff working in his office as well.

All I can say is wow he is so great he is the only one that was keeping me going I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd kid and all the doctors that I seen kept on telling me Lynn the baby is not going to make it at all bc how bad my scar tissue was ..but when I found him it was the best.i had my c section and was In there for almost 4 hours that's how bad it was..but everything was great so was the baby..thank god

Such an exceptional experience. As we all know that when we are in those stirrups it is not so terribly comfy, how much more vulnerable a position could there ever be. So when I say that it was exceptional I mean that from the receptionist to the nurses and ultimately meeting Dr. Bloch. It was my first visit and I feel like I fell into the most capable hands purely by luck. I can't say enough about them. One more thing however.....they have their scheduling DOWN!!! No 45 minute waiting beyond the actual appointment time. Maybe 5 minutes ten .....& the day I went there was a fire emergency at the doctors home and I still only waited 15 minutes!!! That is unheard of! I have waited over an hour for other doctors. They so have it together !!!!

Knowledgeable doctor about alternative medicine and traditional medicine and he also is great with menopausal, nutrition and hormonal issues. Very pleasant staff in Kingston NY office. Need to book ahead as he is busy. Once his patient they will always try to get you in. Patient for 4 years.

The midwives who work in Dean's office have been pretty good, but the man himself is AWFUL. I don't think it's important to like my doctor as long as he is good at what he does. I found his advice to be DANGEROUS and misinformed. My personal experience with him was VERY NEGATIVE. First off, my gender ultrasound (which was scheduled before my appointment) had to be rescheduled because the machine was broken. If you are a mom waiting to find out if you are having a boy or a girl, you know how disappointing this is. Then my husband and I waited in a freezing waiting room (about 55 degrees - we checked the thermostat) for over an hour and a half before we got to see the doctor. Then he rushed through the appointment. He gave blind advice without asking me any questions. His bedside manner is terrible. I truly pray this man will not be present when I give birth. He is so busy thinking how awesome he is that he pays no attention to the patient. These other reviewers must have drank the kool aid. This guy is the WORST!
