The competence of the doctor and his staff is noted.The doctor himself takes as much time as needed to do a thorough exam and answer questions. His staff perform a variety of the tests and are quite skilled. They are friendly and professional. The only drawback is that because of the doctor taking as much time as each patient needs, often the wait to see the doctor is quite long. I am happy to have Dr. Ruiz as my physician.

I have followed Dr. Ruiz from one location to another for a number of years. He and his staff are always careful and meticulous. He and his staff treat me like a person and not production. They have shared my grief loosing a son, when it affected my health, therefore, he still takes a moment to ask if my children are fine. All of them are an excellent group of people, that work as a team, are well mannered, and ettentive to my personal needs, as well as that of others. Their facility is clean, comfortable and appealing I am even willing to change my insurance provider to remain with him.
