They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. There is still a long wait and maybe more staff is needed certain days or certain times. My nephew is seen here and he gets too antsy too soon.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
