Lately there is no way to reach the office or the doctor the service center is simple put "horrible" non existing customer service could not get my medication refilled before a trip I had to take to Europe. I end up having to leave without the medication because it was never called in to the pharmacy. Can't reach the doctor py phone or the office directly only a call center. It does not work

I've been a patient of Dr. Katz for about a year and a half. When I first went to see him I was in bad shape. He got me back to a normal, productive life. I am truly greatful to Dr. Katz for his care. I'm 65, and while I may not be a kid anymore, I can once again live a life a bit younger than my years thanks to Dr. Katz. Wait times in the office are short, and his staff are always friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended.
