Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise.
