I saw this dr for about three years. Initially, I had no issues. He was friendly, seemed to know his stuff, appointments went well, etc. But this last year things changed dramatically for the worse both with the dr and the staff. The dr seemed to stop listening despite the fact that I was telling him I did not feel good. He told me in back to back appointments to "give it time" let's wait and see" and then when I said "something is wrong with me!' he told me I was probably depressed and should get some antidepressants. I went to another endocrinologist first and he had my meds changed and within weeks I was back to my old self. Concepcion allowed me to feel bad for over six months and then claimed my problems were not endocrine!
And his staff is worse. I spoke to his office for five days in a row trying to get an answer to a very simple question and never got an answer. The reason I'm so mad that I'm writing this review is that for five straight weeks now I've been calling and trying to get his staff to fix a simple billing code error that has resulted in my having to pay over $400 for a test my insurance would pay for if it had been submitted with the correct code. FIVE WEEKS of phone calls to his office and they still haven't fixed their error. I'm over this place and will not go back.

The waiting room here is spacious. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't wait long at all. Dr Concepcion is very sharp and really takes the time to understand and discuss all options. Good visit and highly recommend.

The doctor seemed very confused and changed his story at each appt. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

The staff is beyond RUDE & the doctor padded the insurance bill. When I tried to ask him questions, he rudely dismissed me.

The entire office needs a seminar in manners 101!
