Dr. Concepcion is incredibly knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest research & treatments. He spends a lot of time with me at each visit, explaining my diagnosis, results, and treatments in great detail. He has treated me for several years for Hoshimoto's thyroiditis, thyroid cancer, and diabetes. I have been cancer free with completely controlled thyroid & blood sugar levels for three years. I can't say enough positive things about him. He isn't even covered by my insurance anymore, so I pay cash and drive all the way from Largo because I refuse to go to another endocrinologist.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
