First and foremost*** This dentist is great! My Review reflects his terrible support staff who, you, as a patient will unfortunately have to tolerate if you go to his office.

This dentist does a great job if I my review was solely based on him as a dentist I would give him 5 stars. My review is grading his overall practice, which I think is tarnished by some of his clerical support staff's lack of work ethic/enthusiasm to do their work correctly and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I have never had any luck with his support staff over the past 15 years or so I have been visiting this office. This is why I transferred to a new dentist. I can name multiple examples where his clerical support staff have dropped the ball over the past 15 years since I have seen this dentist and I jus grew tired of it. From lack of understanding about billing scheduling errors such as putting me in for the wrong time so I once came late and missed my appointment and another time I was came in like 3 hours early for an appointment I had a card that said I was actually 15 minutes early. The final straw today I signed a release of information to get my records faxed to another provider. I gave it about 2 hours and called my dentist to see if they responded to the request yet (I knew they had not because I received a call stating they had not received them and that I should check the status). The women who answered the phone said "I'm to busy to do that today." I said "I need them today can I come and get them." Her response was "yea, I'll print them out for you." I couldn't believe this. I think Dr. Bonasera does excellent work and I think it's unfortunate that it came down to his useless staff members provoking me to search elsewhere for a new dentist. I would have liked to keep him forever if it wasn't for these simple issues. It's hard though because if I can't get an appointment scheduled correctly or have simple requests fulfilled then it really makes being a patient difficult.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
