I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I would send my friends and family here. I was pleased with my experience. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
