Worst experience ever. When I arrived the receptionist told me I didnt have an appointment until the following week. I assured them my appointment was that day and that I had a voicemail confirming. They asked who I spoke to and acted as though I was wrong. No apology for the scheduling error. Had the doctor not walked out and seen there was a problem, I would have been asked to leave and come back the following week. Following my appointment,the girl upfront told me my insurance would not cover the exam (without even calling my provider to verify coverage) I was charged $120.00 for an exam that should have been free. I was also over charged an additional $40 on my year supply of contacts. One month later, still no refund. In fact, not one but TWO of the people in the office have been beyond rude when I attempt to follow up on my money. No apology. Not even once . Awesome doctor, but the rest of the staff is so horrible I will never go back. No customerservice at all. Horrible is an understatement.
